THPC-Urea, officially known as Tetrakis Hydroxymethyl Phosphonium Chloride Urea Precondensate/Urea Formulation, is primarily used as a flame retardant for pure cotton fabrics. It features high flame retardant efficiency, excellent fabric wash resistance, low viscosity, high content, and does not affect the hand feel of flame-retardant fabrics. It is also environmentally friendly. THPC-Urea can be compounded with various auxiliaries such as water-based softeners and water-based penetrants.

V. Emergency Treatment
If skin contact occurs, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If burns occur, seek medical attention immediately.
If eye contact occurs, immediately lift eyelids and flush with running water for at least 15 minutes.
Ingestion of excessive amounts requires hospitalization.
Contaminants include water mist, dry powder, sand, foam, and carbon dioxide.
Adsorb with an inert material (such as dry sand or vermiculite) and transfer to a sealed container.
THPC-Urea has a slight odor, a flash point >100℃, and is not classified as flammable or explosive. It belongs to Class 8 chemicals, is miscible in water, slightly soluble in acetone, miscible in ethanol, and is acidic. Its price is mainly related to industry supply and demand, especially export volume.
